Style of trip
Never camped before? Don't worry...TrekAmerica has made it easy! We provide all the necessary camping equipment including tents, cold food storage containers, camp lights, stoves and other camp accessories. Our tents are very easy to set up and take down. They are virtually weather-proof to keep you comfortable. We camp two in each four person tent, which leaves more than enough room for your luggage. Home sweet home! Our trips are unique in that they combine camping with hotels along the route.
Optional activities
On each tour there are numerous activities and attractions from which to choose. Mountain biking, watersports, scenic flights, white water rafting, rodeos, nightlife, and museums are just a few examples. Some of the more prominent ones for every trip are listed under the "Optional Activities" section on each trip's page. These options are not usually included in the holiday price because not every passenger wants to participate in each. Our leaders know where to get the best group rates available for various attractions and activities. This way each member of the group can choose according to their own taste and budget.
