You'll spend your days caring for and riding the horses on the game reserve (just 28 km from the Kruger National Park) amidst plentiful wildlife, while also taking part in a structured and informative Equine and Conservation Course. Programme HighlightsRide and care for horses on a reserve situated deep in the African wilderness while learning about wildlife conservation initiatives.Your days will be spent on a comprehensive and well-structured equine and conservation course. You will learn about grooming, breed identification, yard maintenance and basic veterinary skills. The conservation training will cover topics such as the identification of animals, insects and medicinal plants. You will also see some action as you will be trained in anti poaching methods as well be taken on game-spotting outrides in the bushveld. Where will I live ? Enthusiasts can visit old gold prospecting sites and cultural villages. The Sudwala Caves, which have the biggest dolomite chamber in the world, are well worth a visit.
