The Northern Roundup is a whistlestop tour of New Zealand's North Island. It's a fantastic introduction to this beautiful country: as well as seeing the sights, you'll meet loads of friendly people and take part in some once-in-a-lifetime activities.

You can start anywhere along the route, travel in a circle and finish where you started. Along the way you can spend as long as you like in Auckland, Mercury Bay, Rotorua, Wellington, Taupo and Waitomo.

The 'winterless north' is one of the most beautiful parts of New Zealand - and that's saying something. The East As pass is one for beach lovers. You'll be picked up from Taupo and taken to some of the best seaside spots along the east coast of the North Island, before being dropped back at Taupo.

Along the way you will learn loads about Maori culture, catch some waves on the fantastic surf beach at Gisbourne, explore the area where Whale Rider was based, ride a horse along the beach, be amongst the first people on Earth to watch the sunrise, and stay in a seaside lodge with an outdoor hot tub.
